Important: DO NOT install polyurethane on a cracked device (the wet installation may hurt the device). Tempered Glass and Carbon Armor are dry to install and may be installed if the device is cracked.
Before You Begin
Power off your device.
Clean your hands, device, and work area thoroughly to remove oils, dirt, and debris.
Identify each piece of the Ghost Armor product.
If installing Polyurethane, identify your Ghost Armor solution spray. If not present, make your own solution by adding 1 drop of liquid dish soap to small spray bottle (we prefer lemon scented Joy), fill with water and shake gently. Skip this step if installing our Tempered Glass or Carbon Armor.
Spray a mist of soap solution onto your fingertips to avoid fingerprints on the adhesive side of Armor.
Gently peel Armor off of the backing (avoid touching the adhesive multiple times).
Spray the adhesive side of the Armor until the surface area is evenly covered with solution. It should be moist enough to maneuver Armor into position but not too wet that the Armor is dripping.
Quickly begin applying the Armor to your device by laying it down and aligning the Armor accordingly.
Spray squeegee with solution. Firmly hold Armor in place making sure it is still aligned and begin smoothing the Armor by squeegeeing the bubbles and solution from the center of your device to the edges. Apply solution to squeegee as needed to keep wet while smoothing Armor to avoid friction burns.
Be careful and avoid getting solution inside your device’s ports and speakers.
After the Screen has been installed, with a cloth, lightly dry any excess solution and lightly tap the earpiece speaker.
For devices with multiple pieces of Armor, let the large pieces dry before applying smaller pieces (it’s dry if it doesn’t move).
Do not spray solution on smaller pieces of Armor (i.e. side strips, buttons, edges, etc.). Simply apply the Armor dry by sticking it to the correct spot and rolling your finger over it to avoid stretching (sliding your finger will stretch it).
Prepare all of your tools! Have everything you need within reach.
Clean the screen completely removing all dirt, dust and debris. You will thank us later!
Spray your fingers lightly with solution.
Take the armor in your non-dominant hand and peel the screen away from the backing starting in a top corner. Toss the backing aside and lay the screen flat on your non-dominant hand, adhesive side up.
Spray solution onto adhesive in a misting motion. Tip: Spray enough solution to evenly distribute over the entire screen.
Place the spray bottle to the side, take the armor into both hands, do a quick second check for dust on the phone screen and gently blow any potential “armor offenders”.
Starting at the bottom of the device, place the armor down and roll the screen up until it lays flat.
Align the armor using the speaker port and camera to help centre the screen.
Spray squeegee a few times.
Place your index and middle fingers (make a Peace Sign) at the bottom of the screen at each corner- press down to hold the phone and Armor in place.
Firmly press the squeegee down against the screen and push the water out with a quick swiping motion.
Double Check Alignment!
Squeegee along the edges to push out the remaining liquid from the screen.
Wrap a cloth tightly over your index fingertip and run it along the edges to help push the edges down while absorbing the remaining solution.
Continue this step until all solution is gone and the edges lay flat to the device.
**For best results use a hair dryer to apply heat during the last installation step**

Make sure your device has been cleaned of oils and debris and is now dry.
Peel off the blue sticker from its backing and lightly tap the device’s screen with the sticker to help remove any remaining dust.
Peel off the backing from the Tempered Glass and hold the Tempered Glass by the edges or corners.
Lay the Tempered Glass on the device such that it lines up with buttons, cameras, censors, etc. Let go of the Tempered Glass once you’re confident it is perfectly aligned.
Use your finger (or a small squeegee if present) to firmly push out any remaining air bubbles from under the screen.
Since Tempered Glass is a dry install and does not need any ‘curing’ time, you may turn the device back on and apply a case right away!
5. Carbon & Skins Install
You do not need to use liquid when installing Carbon Armor.
Begin applying Armor by peeling it off of the backing and aligning it with corners and lines on the device.
If the alignment is off, just peel it off softly and try again.
Use your finger to smooth out bubbles (if any) while it is being applied.
If the device has smaller pieces either on the screen, back, or sides, apply them the same way as the larger pieces.
After Install Care
Upon installation, Ghost Armor may appear slightly hazy or bubbly as it can take 24-48 hours for Ghost Armor to fully cure.
Keep device powered off for one hour after installation.
Keep your device out of cases and tight spaces for 24-48 hours to allow time for the material to adhere with the device.

Dry Box not required (used to speed up installation process at retail locations).
