Can you tell me a little more about Ghost Armor?

Ghost Armor® has been precisely pre-cut to protect your device. You’ll receive the same extreme protection for your device that the military helicopter blades, fighter jet wingtips and the space shuttle’s wingtips receive! Without bulk, creases, bubbles, or that orange peel look, we’ll protect your device from scratches and dings. And remember – we back our product with a lifetime replacement!

Do we have locations near you?

By clicking here or “Locations” in the footer below, you will be able to view all locations close to you. If not, our installation demo video makes it easy to Armor your device at home!

Can I Ghost Armor something that is not on our list of products?

YES! We have a full time designer who works on an appointment basis, ready to design any product that you would like protected. Please click on the “Contact Us” tab and provide us with your contact information. Our designer will contact you to collect further information and set an appointment if needed.

Shipping

How do I track my order?

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Ghost Armor will email you a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped. In this email you will find a tracking number corresponding to your package.

Do you sell Ghost Armor in uncut, bulk pieces?

No. All Ghost Armor Kits are specifically designed for the exact device you need. We do not sell the Ghost Armor material in uncut, bulk pieces. If you have something that you would like designed, please email us at wecare@ghostarmor.com

How do I calculate when my order will arrive to my shipping address?

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Ghost Armor will email you a shipping confirmation once your order is shipped. Depending on when the shipping confirmation email was sent, you can calculate when your order will arrive by associating the shipping date with the shipping method you selected when you placed your order.

Do you have videos of someone installing it?

Yes! Please view our install instructions.

Does Ghost Armor affect touch screen sensitivity?

Ghost Armor does not affect the functionality or sensitivity of your device. Our Clear Ghost Armor product is almost undetectable and does not distort the picture. Our Matte Ghost Armor product gives an oil resistant and glare resistant texture but will slightly distort the picture. Optimal touch screen sensitivity will be achieved after the 12 to 24 hour curing period.

What does “Case Friendly” mean?

Ghost Armor’s “Case Friendly” product is designed for use with cases. The Armor is cut millimeters shorter on each side of the screen to allow a case to be applied without it constantly rubbing on the Armor, causing it to peel up faster. The back is designed without sides, allowing for a case to be applied.

What is Ghost Armor’s refund policy? How does it work?

If you have purchased online:

Your Online Ghost Armor purchase is backed by our 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Ghost Armor product, return the product within 30 days of your purchase date for your refund (shipping fees are not refundable).

Please make sure to include your order number on your return.

The return must have all the items it first came with.

If you purchased it at one of our retail locations:

Your Ghost Armor purchase is backed by our 7 Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Ghost Armor product, return the product within 7 days of your purchase date for your refund.

Please return your Ghost Armor kit to the retail location you originally purchased it at to obtain a refund. The return must have all the items it first came with.
