How Do I Replacement My Ghost Armor?

  • At the bottom of this page, fill out the Lifetime Replacement Request Form to get in contact with our Customer Service team for a replacement screen. Please fill out all of the information so we can locate your account and better serve you with your replacement needs.
  • After submitting your request, our customer service team will reach out to verify your old Ghost Armor product. Upon verification of your account and your old Ghost Armor product, our customer service team will instruct you to select a replacement payment option.
  • Replacements remain eligible for the duration of a device’s life.
  • Replacements must be made exclusively for the same device originally ordered.

Lifetime Replacement vs Warranty

  • The Ghost Armor Lifetime Replacement Program allows our customers to replace their Ghost Armor product when the product becomes dirty, worn, or otherwise stops providing the full protection intended by the product. RhinoShield CrashGuards, bags, and clothes are not subject to this program.
  • The Ghost Armor Warranty is our guarantee that our products will not be defective. The Warranty is valid for 7 days from the purchase at an authorized Ghost Armor location, or 30 days from delivery when purchased online. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within the Warranty period stated above for a full refund of the product price (not including shipping costs). All Warranty refunds require the original purchased material to be returned.
